Black-margined Nudibranch
Doriprismatica atromarginata
Chromodoris willani

Willan's chromodoris is a small, boldly striped sea slug that can turn up in almost any shade from deep blue to nearly clear white. It grows to no more than 2.5 cm.
Also known as: chromodoris willani, chromodoris willani rudman, 1982, striped white sea slug
It looks almost identical to several other Chromodoris sea slugs; the very prominent white specks on the gills and rhinophores are the mark that sets it apart from those look-alikes.
Its body colour ranges from dark blue to translucent white, always marked with black stripes running along its length. The middle stripe is often broken rather than running straight through. Prominent white specks cover its gills and rhinophores, the pair of sensory horns on its head.
It is named after nudibranch expert Dr Richard C. Willan, one of the scientists who first described sea slugs like this one.
